I am looking at a nice mare and had her ppe. She passed the flexion test with flying colors !! Had her hocks X-ray and she has 2 bones spurs on hock. She is sound and shows no signs of lameness but now what.

She's started on the pattern but not finished. Wasn't drilled as a young one that I know of. Vet said will have to be maintained for sure.

Have read a bunch and have seen people not having any issues. I don't mind injections as long as it helps.

MSM. It will help to soften scar tissue that builds up around it and work as an anti-inflam. Cheap to feed as well. Make sure sure is getting at least 10,000mg per day.

If she has a spur you are going to have problems in a few years. Where I see the spur, when ge gets digging to turn, that spur may catch the tendon and cause her pain, I have had three like this, all I had to fuse.
To fuse it costs about 5k, if you choose to buy and start injecting when she is in pain, it costs about 100/joint if you go with the good stuff, and you may do injections every 3 months.
It all depends on what your plans are for the horse.

It is a good sign your horse is not sore. They are all individuals. I would much rather it be a performing horse than a young one as increased performance can cause issues where as if they are already performing - that is more hopeful.
I have friends with horses that have much worse- some with floating chips in the stifle- and they out run me all day everyday.
