Loved everything about my Caldwell. Just make for darn sure it does fit your horse. Just like any other saddle out there. I was actually able to sell mine for a little more then what I paid when I bought it used so the nice thing is that they will hold their value. I too had issues not getting out of my seat but raising my stirrups helped.

So this talk about them being so deep you can't get up make me think they just might be the saddle this old girl needs to stay put. I am on my way back to the Diamonds and Dirt to try one. Sweet hubby said get anything I want :
).
