I have dark skin and I very rarely burn but I am 26 and starting to notice some wrinkles. I've never worn sunscreen for 2 reasons- 1, my mom didnt, and 2, most sunscreens make me break out. It scares me to think that I rode pens in a feedlot for 5 years and never used any protection... Im just waiting for it to catch me now. I recently started using Arbonne to stop the wrinkles, and in that have become more aware of all the risks involved with endless hours of sun worshipping. This will be my first summer protected as the day cream Im using has an SPF, and I just hope I started soon enough!

I've seen more runners wearing these headbands. I personally don't like the looks of them but I tried one on today. Very lightweight! I wear hats but these would cover ears and have multiple uses. Anyway, just something I found today.
