Location: PNW | EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! I placed my order this morning!!!! I CANNOT WAIT FOR IT TO GET HERE! In six months......
Hopefully I'm not alone in the fact that I paid more for the saddle than for the horse it is for? My husband finds this hilarious.
Could people post pictures of theirs? I want to see the different options and what not and make sure I don't want to change anything!!

| I ordered one in January, Thought I had it all figured out, then I saw them set up at D&D and wanted to take all of them home! I ended up completely changing everything except for the tree, lol. They've been so awesome to work with and graciously listen to me blabber about anything and everything. Can't wait for it to get here! |

Location: PNW | I got an Ultra Rocket! I traded in a Cactus CJ as my down payment. I placed the order with Charon herself and had great customer service! Super helpful, friendly, polite. Would definitely recommend them to anybody! |

I wish I could have gone to the shop and picked stuff out, but I live in Oregon - so that couldn't happen. Lol. I'm pretty confident I got it figured out and will like it. Lol |

Location: PNW | I got a 15 inch ultra rocket. Basket weave/floral tooling, natural color elk seat, tooled fenders, rough jockeys, medium build up in the seat but not extreme, traditional skirt - not the squared off one like a double j.... I already forgot what other questions she asked. Lol |

Location: Southern Wisconsin | I got my very first Caldwell just a few months ago. I have an Ultra Rocket as well. Absolutely love it, never had such a comfortable saddle before. It's a 2010. Unfortunately it only fits one horse on the place and he may not he here in a couple months. If he goes I will sell this and start shopping for a different tree! Charon was extremely helpful and polite when I talked to her about saddle fit before buying it. (Bought privately, not from Charon) |

I wish I could have found a used one, because I'm a cheapskate. But at the same time, this is the first time I've EVER bought a custom saddle - much less a Caldwell - and I've convinced myself that I deserve it. I every ultra rocket I found was too small of a seat - I like a roomier seat than most bc I HATE feeling trapped and have some nerve damage from my cesarean and it REALLY smarts if my lower abdominal area bumps the front part of my saddle. I CANT WAIT TO GET IT!!! |

Location: Southern Wisconsin | Sounds perfect and exactly what I would have ordered if I was ordering new(except seat size lol) I'm not in love with the options mine has but I was focused on fit. :)
Eta: meant to quote you post on specs.

| I placed an order to while at the D&D. I was hoping to come home with one but they only had two with the wide tree my horses needed and in my seat size and neither were what I was looking for. I first went with the daisy design with square tooling because it was a little less expensive but by the time I got home I decided to switch to the paisley -loved 3can's saddle. I had them raise the seat up for me when I rode in one and what a difference it made. Mine in going to be high, if I get where I don't need it that high I will get them to lower it next year if they come back to the D&D. Charon was very helpful when I talked to her. |

Location: Beggs, OK | Here's mine when it was new, lol It's a 14.5" ProMax Billy Waffle design with a wheat border and Nettles stirrups. Charon dipped the Nettles in red dye to match the saddle and they turned out beautiful.
