Good luck! Just joking. But I can say that emailing the company DOES NOT work. Calling Gerri- she is the go to person on one of the websites that sells bob marshall saddles- will get a response.
I actually carried mine to Van's leather works in Byhalia, MS to have an extra layer of nylon sewn onto my stirrup D rings of my Original BM. I also had him add in a tiny strip of leather over the top seam in the seat
(Mine had worn into just along the seam for about 2"
). A complete random along the seam crack instead of the bend in the middle crack from improper storage. Of course that was a circle y model and I had nothing to lose on it. Just love how it sets and it completely fits my horse and makes him happier than any other saddle I have used.
Good Luck with the repairs and I hope it turns out great
