Daughters horse has like a marble size bump out the front inside of her knee, its fine to ride her but when you flex it its super sore. It has just a little swelling around it. dont bother her when you push on it. Anyone had this before?

Bone spur? Does it swell up pretty quick after riding? At rest does is still look like a knot but maybe a dime/nickle size?
