I actually do use Herbalife. I have used them off and on for years. I used to use them religiously many many years ago, and have always liked them. My ex husband was a distributor and I got to using them back when we were married. I stopped for a while, then even now that I am a distributor for Advocare I still have things I order from Herbalife and love. What would you like to know?

I use herbalife. I do the shakes and stuff. When I hit the gym I go get a shake afterwards.

It's not necessarily that theres anything magic about them. You are literally intaking less calories, but the thickness of the shakes and maybe the added ingredients you put in (fruits etc) fill you up more.

Same thing with omnitrition and all those other products. Its just keeping yourself healthy, intaking less calories, working out more.

Those that get results from not working out were intaking too many calories than were necessary so naturally they get skinnier. Eventually they will plateau.

I love Herbalife!! I have been working out and using the products for about 3 months and I have lost 6 inches from my stomach and 3 inches from my butt and thighs. I drink the shakes, protein water ,and herbal tea.

I've never really paid much attention to "Herbalife" until recently, probably because the name sounds so nice and natural and earthy.
Then I started looking into them...............
