 Worst.Housekeeper.EVER.
Location: Missouri | On pretty riding boots! Suggestions??? I love Ariats, but not finding pretty and functional. No Justins, please. Really like my Tony Lamas. What else???? Obviously, I love the Corral boots, but worried that they won't work for riding? Would like a not-super pointy toe, but not fat square either. Looking in the $200ish range. THANK YOU!!! |

Location: Missouri | Kind of like these, but not sure about the tall heel? Also, a little spendy for me at $350...

Location: Missouri | I've been Googling for weeks! Going cross-eyed trying to decide and this money is burning a hole in my pocket! lol! I like the look of the Twisted X. Do they hold up well?
eta: So, I just noticed that the "Steppin Out" boot has a nice spur lip, but is not recommended for "competing". The other is their performance boot and doesn't have a spur lip??? Ugh. Why is this so difficult??????

Location: North Dakota | I think you're splitting hairs! Who looks for a spur lip anyway-I've never said those 2 words together until 10 seconds ago! The twisted X are some of my hubby's favorites they are durable and comfortable. If you don't want the riding heel just keep looking, I think I would break my ankle in them! |

Location: North Dakota | ooo what about these? Know nothing about the cinch boots but these are different! www.rods.com
I have a pair of ferrini black anteaters that I wear for good and they are cheap and cute, for what you have to spend, you could buy 2 pair. I don't think they will live long, but they are cool looking! |

What do you call the hang-over part that keeps your spurs on? I thought everyone looked for it? It couldn't be that I'm getting old??? Anyway, I am splitting hairs, it's not every day that I get a new pair of boots! |

Splitting hairs, heck I'm happy when I have money to spend on new boots! Ha, I'm the new fangled barrel racer that don't use spurs on her boots! J/K My spurs are permanantly attached to my boots but really have never bought a pair of boots or not because they would/wouldn't hold my spurs. You are not old, you're just fussy and I am not so therefore, I will no longer offer you boots to buy! Have fun in your search-I love retail therapy! :) |

Location: Texas | I had a few pairs of corral boots that I rode in and they held up pretty good. They were not the pointy toe tall shafted ones. I also love my Boulet boots that hold up wonderfully. I am also a fan of Anderson Beans. Sorry I guess I am not much help as I am a boot addict and have like 10 or more pairs of boots. Lol. |

Location: Montana | I have some Tony Lama's that I love and I also have some Dan Post that I've had forever that I love (I wear the Dan Post for dress...the Tony Lama's are for dress right now but will become work boots).
When I was boot shopping I was looking for a spur lip too, and it seems to hard to find...at least on boots in my price range.
Soooo...I went on to Sheplers web site, and what about something like this...Tony Lama's with some prettys on there and a spur ridge :

| try that again: These are lucchese, my favorites are between Tony Lama's and Lucchese's. However, I just wear plan boots, nothing this fancy, but I do like these.

Location: Missouri | Thank you to everyone who helped!!! I looked at each pair of boots listed, but caved in and bought this pair of Ariats...they're not as unique/fancy as I wanted, but I really like the toe and they fit perfectly.

These are my favorite too...I have now owned 3 pair. I am lucky though in that my sweetie buys them for me...sometimes they are the exact same style |
