I Prefer a Beard Posts: 1944	I have one and I love it. I've been using it since March and I've lost some weight. Mainly I like it because it gives me a goal to work towards daily. It's almost like a game if I get home from work and haven't reached my 10000 steps I will go for a walk or use my treadmill when it's cold. It keeps me motivated and keeps me moving. Now I have the moving part down I need to focus more on my diet. 18000 steps in one day is my highest so far but I'm trying to beat that. Let me know how you like it

Duck Duck Goose Posts: 1280 Location: Ohio	I bought one in Januay and also started WW. I am down 25 lbs. It gives me inventive to meet my daily step goal. I also like the sleep tracker.

I am one of those people who work so hard on a plan to lose weight but never follow through so I am hoping that this will keep me motivated to beat myself and set goals.
