I have a filly that has very slight thickening of the tendons on the back of her left hind. I'm guessing she did it almost 2 weeks ago when she kicked her stall but I'm not sure because she has never been lame on it and there is no addition swelling any were else. When I feel down the tendons there is no heat or pain but I can tell it's not quite as tight as the other leg and slightly thicker at the top. since I realized it was there I have hand walked or walked around bare back twice a day , massaging with lineament twice a day and every other day poultice over night in support wraps. Anyway I'm a little of a freak so wanted to get other opinions on if I should have the vet look at it or go back to slow flat work building up to training again.

I would sweat the leg with runners relief. It is probably bruised from kicking.

Great thank you. Anyone else have some words of wisdom?
