What do you do with those family members that literally think that what they think of you and believe your intentions are, are correct and can not hear any other side or opinion given to them? Do you take them out of your life? Give an ultimatum? I've tried saying something, I've tried not saying anything but nothing seems to work. I rarely see them either so you'd think that the time we would get to spend together would be positive and not focused on the negative. I don't appreciate having words put in my mouth and being talked down to every time I see these people. I love them though. What do you do?

Thanks guys! I try to just brush it off but they're pushers, they like to keep pushing your buttons. Lol. I do what I feel is right and know that who I am and what I'm doing is right, but it's hard to listen to someone telling you things that are completely untrue about yourself!! Ugh...can't we be given a remote with a mute or fast forward button?
