Double J LM special saddles... question

So I just bought a new to me Double J LM special for my mare. In general have those of you who own one been happy with it? I've never owned a Double J before but have been admiring them for years. I'm really hoping it fits my mare. She's more of a TB type build but not super narrow. Anyways on to my question. With these saddles are they built to go on the shoulder or behind? I know some brands are meant to go one way or the other. Anyone have pics of them on a horse? Thanks.

Go to Lynn's website and watch some of her saddle videos. You are going to be tempted to put the saddle pretty forward on your horse because the front cinch rigging is so far back. Do not give in to temptation. The rigging is set further back to allow freedom of the front leg without their elbow area rubbing on the cinch. The saddle is meant to go behind their shoulder blade.

Thank you so much.I've had a cactus Cj before and was always told to go on the shoulder with that one. Can't wait until it gets here. I've wanted to try a Lynn Mckenkzie forever. Will definitely check out the videos.
