Looking to breed my cow bred QH to a running bred Appaloosa. The only one I could ever find was Troubled Memories. Does anyone know of any standing to the public?

Β Troubled Memories died. There wasa real nice one named Pike Pass but iI don't know if he us still around or not. Geneo JJ was another good one. Again, I don't known if he is still around either but it might give you a place to start.

I didn't know that he has passed. Was it recent?

Do they list Appaloosa stallions on stallionesearch? Might be a place to search.

If you can find them (I've lost track of them), 41JJ who is by Geneo JJ is really nice. He's BIG, blue roan with spots and the colt I had by him was a long legged, big boned sweetheart.

I would LOVE to have a foal by Takin the Cash. He's by Darkelly and out of Little Lady Oh, who is a legend in App Racing.

Both of those horses raced themselves and won.

I was aware of Trouble passing away. It was heartbreaking. Thanks for the other info, though!

We sold him a year ago, and sadly he passed away a couple months ago.  I had some semen frozen when we first purchased him a few years ago.  We didn't get much frozen but have probably 8-10 doses left which we have offered to his owners at the time of his passing, to use if they wish.

Takin The Cash is a nice one.... his dam was an AWESOME mare. Sire is Darkelly. If I was wanting to breed for a barrel horse, I'd sure look at him. He is in Idaho.

Thank you for that update! The gal who bought my colt was asking about him and was curious about frozen semen.

There is a nice appy stallion in Pa. Michaels Moolah.  Google the name and they have videos and pictures. The owner Jen McMaster has a Facebook page and lots of pics and info.
