We are making our first trip to perry from south louisiana. We will be traveling along major highways. Any suggestions on places to stop or not to stop to take horse out since it will be at least a10 hour drive. Also does anyone know how big the stalls are so we know how many mats to bring...thanks

We travel from Houston, stop at exit 115 in LA
(Henderson
) then travel 4 more hours to Grand Bay, Alabama. The next day we haul all the way to Perry. There are plenty of rest stops on I-65 in Alabama, if that is the way you are going. We dont go through Florida due to the, what do u call them, animal inspections or whatever, dang cant think of the word now!!

What day would you be traveling through Alabama? We stop and lay over at a friends house. Let me know. You could follow us up the next day.

When you get to Alabama where will you cross? You could stop in Grand Bay or Montgomery.
