Lots of power, lots of problems!! It's a shame that it has so many problems because when it's running good, it can get down the road like nothing is behind it. Keep injector cleaner running through it as often as possible. Ours caught on fire back in May, we had to run new wiring, fuel pump, A/C compressor, and I can't remember what else. It had pressure build up in the brake line and then it developed a leek and then the leek turned into a fire. We had no idea it had a leek, no warning, nothing. Luckily it didn't get the motor. After that we still have problems with the turbo and if you only drive the truck on short trips it will start giving you error lights and losing power. You have to drive it long enough to bring the engine to full temp or condensation starts to form and then goes into the engine. Pain in the butt! I recommend finding an older 7.3 or go with the 6.7. Love our 7.3 and i'm really thinking about trading my Tahoe off for a 6.7 F250.

As was stated, lotsa power-lotsa problems. We pull a five horse with a 16 ft. living quarters and mid tack and it walks off with it loke it is not even back there. We have had lotsa problems though and whenever they work on them they have to jack the cab up off the truck. Hopefully we have ours fixed now, we did away with the regen and egr and put a bully dog computer init, bigger exhaust and a different intake. Runs like a demon and hopefully the problems are ovwr with cuz it is a cool truck.

LOVE the power!!!!!! ours hasnt had a ton of problems. Of course it only has 30k miles on it. We have had a vaccum leak problem and two raditor problems. Both of which are very common in those trucks and luckily my other half works on all types of diesels daily. My biggest complaint is FUEL MILEAGE!!!!!!! My 7.3 might lack the straight up power but I love my fuel mileage and it gets the job done.
