What are people using? what do you like? do the make custom barrel saddles to fit your horses back that they can change the fit as your horse changes?

I ordered a Meleta Brown (her newest tree) I did have it custom. It doesn't have a ton of fancy options, but pretty much all I would ever want. Very pretty and top made saddles. I rode in one and it fit me great, it was the horses I needed it for though. I have one of the fanciest Ammermans I have ever seen that I just bought used. It is just fancy fancy. It fits me perfect and a few of my horses really well.  It was a custom and the girl and me must have had the same taste!
