So my mom just went to get a bag of renew gold and was told that they had to pull it from the shelves due to it being labeled wrong and they had no idea when they would have it in stock again. Anyone else heard this?

No Renew Gold has ever been pulled from stores, with the exception of a small lot (number 4210) that got some little pieces of blue plastic from a broken elevator bucked in the packaging line. We asked for that back and replaced it. In addition Five bags were replaced in one store due to a false test in Idaho. Renew Gold has the highest state compliance label record possible.

OK, got to the bottom of this with help from Kendra. This was at the Idaho store where the state took a sample then mixed up their own paperwork. They said that the protein level was off. We guarantee a min of 15%. Their lab result showed 15.2%. You can't get closer than that. The state chemist said that she was working on six product tests at once. In the mean time the distributor had already picked up the five bags from the store. Those bags are in fact perfect, and were delivered to Ray Hunts widow, Caroline in Mountain Home. All is good, sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused to anyone who buys from that one D and D store.
