Location: Texas		 $2.00 off bag on Phoenix co. Website and does anyone know if the numbers on the bottom of bag know if that was when it was bagged? Tried to call Phoenix and got no answer.  RG  available at walker feed

Location: Willows, CA		The four blue ink numbers on the bottom white strip are the production lot number and date. The first number is the year (4) for 2014. The next three are the day of the year 001= Jan 1, through 356= Dec 31. If the bag is clean and dry and less than one year old you are good to go.
