My husband was recently in a serious accident and has lot of broken bones. I'm wondering if BOTs could help him recover faster and to get up and around sooner, what's your expierences?

My father-in-law is a Vietnam veteran. He survived a horrific explosion and essentially had the left side of his body blown apart. Broken bones, torn muscles, shrapnel embedded everywhere, etc. He has almost constant pain in his right arm
(most significant damage
), has developed terrible arthritis, and has just general soreness and stiffness.
Last Christmas I bought him the BOT full long john set and also their gloves. He wears the entire get up to bed every night. Since starting using them he says he feels much more "normal": less stiff, not so sore, he can flex and extend every joint much easier and with much less pain. Something REALLY interesting, is since using BOT he has also had several shrapnel pieces work themselves to the surface that doctors had previously said would most likely never come up.
He was super grumpy and crotchety that I had "wasted my money on hippie mumbo jumbo BS", but now he SWEARS by them.

My daughter has all the products for her horse. I was looking at the gloves. I wonder if they will keep fingers warmer than other products. I cannot keep my hands and feet warm in the winter. I also have a knee that can give me fits. I didn't know if I should go with the long johns or knee brace. Anyone else have any imput. I feel like getting moved to this thread, keeps alot of people from seeing it.
