Location: Oxford, Kansas		I'm so torn right now and don't know what to do. I have 2 geldings at my place and love them both dearly but one will never be sound enough to make me comfortable running him again and the other is a 2 yr old who has developed such severe allergies I don't think he will ever be more than a trail pony. I love both of these horses dearly but can't keep spending money on trying to "fix" them when my gut tells me otherwise and I really miss running.. It's been six years since I've entered a race. However when I try to explain that to the hubby he gets upset with me for even mentioning basically starting over plus it makes to sick to think of all the money I will be throwing away.. I'm just so confused and upset and don't know what to do anymore.

Location: TN		I'm sure it's a tough situation, but go with your gut. Whether you keep or sell these two, it sounds like you're doing right by thinking of getting another horse to run. No sense in wasting more money trying to fix their many problems if it's not working.
