Will you have rode before you stalled?  My gelding wears all four of his BOTs every night and it keeps him warm and keeps him from stocking up, but if you worked you horse hard that day I would probably go the poultice route.

When we have weekend races, we will come in Friday night and BOT our horses. Then after running on Saturday they get their legs poulticed and BOT sheets on. After running Sunday and driving home, we will do the same thing we do on Saturday nights.
