Location dictates what most horses go for so check you local listings to see what other broodmares are listed for and compare their price to what you want for her. Ultimately she's worth whatever someone is willing to pay or what you are willing to let her go for. Sorry I can't be more help.

Expert Posts: 4625 Location: Desert Land	Based off pedigree alone...maybe $1200-1500? I have't known First Wrangler to be popular as a broodmare sire or The Rainbow Ranger, so not sure there's a hugh demand for one bred like her.

Expert Posts: 2685	Thank you everyone. The big rush is over. Long story. I know her grand-dam (dam side) was a nice race mare that did well on the track. I did not find anywhere where her dam raced though. Her sire, First Wrangler has produced some nice race horses that did well at Remmington this past summer (we are in OK). I haven't heard of any broodies by him though. This mares only foal went to a barrel racer as an un-handled 2yo this year. I haven't heard anything about him. Be cool to track down the horse and see if he's done anything or is set up to.
