I see they have washcloths that are suppose to take makeup off with just water.
How do you wash these when they get dirty?
I either wash out in the sink or throw in washing machine. I love the kitchen rag!!!! It works great on wiping the dirty dogs down
I ordered some washcloths and some other rags...I'll order the mop after Christmas..
Thanks!

BabyJ - 2014-11-26 1:43 PM Does anyone have issues with the steam mop removing the finish on the hardwood floor? Mine look dull after the steam mop.
The steam mop I had left my wood floor dull. I also tried it on linolium - same result. My daughter tried it on painted concrete flooring and it took the paint off. It went to Goodwill.

I have had great results with my Shark Steam Pro with distilled water on tile floors and use it weekly. I'm going to order the Norwex mop for touch ups during the week.

I tried everthing to get it to work properly. Was a waste of time. I do like my Hoover floormate but I've heard great remarks about the Norwick products too.

I got a shark steam mop and its "ok " probably cuz I rinse the pad out by hand inbetween each section of floor. Not a time saver. not sure it really makes any steam.
diluted the chemical spray part so my dogs wont get it on their feet
(1/2 with tap water
).
would not recomend it. got one to sell real cheap

I have fought getting our wood floors looking good. A friend told me about norwex. Wow. I bought mine off of amazon. I have been using it a week and floors sparkle. No streaks and clean and easy
I use the Norwex cleaning rags - AWESOME! They are antibacterial and you don't need cleaners with them!
I love what the rag did for my glass top stove that I hated! WOW
I need to try it on my glass top stove! I hadn't thougt about it and my stove drives me crazy trying to get it clean and streak free!

I have friends that are dealers of the Norwex products. I have not tried them, but them seem to like them.
They are a little expensive and I plan on using up my cleaning products first. :
)
As for the Shark mop- mine broke one day and just was exploding steam from the end of it.... it was kind of comical, even if I did have to run and unplug the darn thing. I use a regular ol mop now or the Bona Floor system for my hardwood.

Again I will say..My Shark Pro works great and it sure beats cleaning with an old fashioned mop plus our floors sparkle and it gives out plenty of steam and I never add anything to the distilled water.
