Location: Gainesville, TX | My husband's gelding fractured his cannon bone just below his hock on the left side. We were thinking about putting him on a good mineral supplement with calcium/phosphorous. What would be your recommendations? I can't seem to find anything. |

Location: Piedmont, OK | Cissus Quadrangularis you can get it through the Animal Element website. Cissus Quadrangularis has been a staple of traditional Indian medicine for centuries. Researchers discovered the power of this unique herbal remedy and have now made it available to Western athletes, or anyone else who wants to support healthy muscle and bone. Cissus Quadrangularis will not only support healthy muscle and bone, but actually helps deliver nutrients to tendons. It is also found in the Product X by Animal Element. But for a broken bone to heal faster I would give 5 to 6 scoops of Cissus per day to speed healing.

Location: Sunny So Cal | It helps to increase collagen production. The whole body is made out of collagen; muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, flesh. The body naturally produces collagen to heal. By increasing the production your body can heal faster. This will not only help the fracture to heal but keep an abcess from forming and help with any other problems that you know of or don't. I have used this product and swear by it. I keep my 19 year on it full time because she feels so great. |
