Where is the best place to buy a quality youth straw/felt hat?

And anywhere to buy goat tying apparel (shirts)?

My son is 8. We have stopped buying him "Youth" hats and changed to small sized adult hats. We can buy better quality that way. A size 6 1/2 or 6 3/4 is small enough for a lot of kids unless they are really little.
