Extreme Veteran Posts: 351 Location: Arkansas	Ok I need some clarifying on exactly how long a BOT sheet should be left on. I know for the first few days, you only use it a couple of hours. After that it says leave onovernight. Does this mean you should do about 12 hours on and 12 off? Or is it ok to leave it on all day and night? Im looking for people experiences on exactly the regimen that should be used.
