Ok, got my wrist wrap in!!! How long should I wear the bot wrap for? As in how many hours per day? I left it on over night and this morning there was a little difference with my range of motion.

We have the Human blanket, we started out using it for 3 or hour hours the first day or two and now we use it under our duvet so 8 hours or so during the night.

I just ordered my boyfriend the wrist/hand wrap. He is a welder and has already been diagnosed with mild carpal tunnel and his hands will go numb/tingly at night to the point that it wakes him up because it's so uncomfortable. I'm hoping these wraps help! And if they do, then I'll feel better about all the money I spent on wraps for my ponies... I'll let you know how it goes! :)

It's recommended to start at 3 hours then work up from there.
I got my husband the gloves and back brace for Christmas.  He loves them!  He's even wearing the gloves as a liner doing chores at night for the added warmth.

I usually wear my at night when I sleep. It does take a couple of uses before I noticed a difference.

I've ordered the mattress pad, socks and shirt. I can't wait for them to get here. If they work, I'm ordering more. I've heard all positive about them.

I use the horse products and love the shirt on cold days under a shirt or to sleep in when my shoulders are bothering me......my husband believes it is all smoke and lights.....that was until I bought him the shorts and he sleeps in them all the time and says it helps his hip that he needs to have repalcement surgery done on it......I am a believer and not easily impressed.
