I like the concept but wonder if anyone has actually tried them and has opinions on practicality and durability vs. boots or polos. For the price if they aren't any harder to put on than polos and last reasonably well they seem like a good thing?? www.flowboot.com

It says to apply cold, this concerns me.
I was always taught while warming up, and running you do not want to apply cold as this can cause shearing of the tendon.
I can see applying cold after a run, but not before

I guess I'm reading it differently than you. I'm reading it as
can
be applied cold
(ie. for cold compression wraps
) not
has to be
applied cold. It appears to me to be a multi use boot.

They are on my list of wants!
That's how I read it as well.
