Location: Home....Smiling M Farms | LCI, they've always been great to work with. They insured my stud when no one else would (serious injury) and every year when I renew my policies, they ask how he is doing. I know a lot of people use them and think very highly of them. I know I do. |

Location: MD | Everything on the place is insured through LCI. I love that when I call, they know exactly who I am. No, let me pull up your file. It's always "Hey! How are you? I hope you're not freezing to death up there.". I once picked up a horse unexpectedly while on the road. I called Lyndia and explained that I was at a jackpot, about to load one up and wanted to make sure that he was covered before driving 19 hours home with him. She took all of the info and then, proceeded to ask me all about my new horse, in a friendly, share your exciting, new pony with me sort of way. Just makes you feel good to know that you're more than just a name attached to a policy number! |

| I have Hart. I like that I can put major medical on any horse, regardless of value, for like an extra $450.
Great American won't allow major medical unless you can validate your horse is worth $15,000. Kind of put my colts out, and if you have more than one, you NEED major medical. |
