I have not tried Thrive, but have tried Spark.  I don't drink caffeine, but after about a week or two  the "buzz" from Spark quit working for me.  I kept drinking it because I liked the flavor, but I eventually quit buying it because it was a lot of money to spend on something that wasn't giving me anything.

Now, I drink Shakeology because it gives me all of the nutrients I need for the day, but I get most of my energy from working out and eating right.  I do sell Shakeology now, mostly for the discount since my husband and I both drink it, but my increase in energy has really come from a combination of all three.  If you feed your body crap, you'll feel like crap.

I am looking into these for added energy and better overall health. I just always feel tired and sluggish.

Buy a nutria-bullet..have a fresh fruit/vegetable smoothie every morning......start eating better and exercise.....guarantee you will feel a hundred times better.

jetgetset - 2015-02-19 11:33 PM I tried Thrive for a week.. It did nothing for me energy wise, but I live in a constant state of sleep deprivation so I didn't expect much.. I like the shakes, find they give me just as much of an energy boost as a monster will and its better for me. Did not like the patches at all, caused a rash. I also noticed I had really weird vivid dreams the week I was on thrive.. Now my brother took it for a week and said he was like the energizer bunny all week long, so it really helped him.. I think it must must effect different people differntly.. When I was working out and eating right is when I felt the best and had the most energy, need to get back on that wagon..

I tried it for a week too. The shakes tasted awful and I had no increase in energy. I did not try the patch because I tried Thrive in late June and figured I would sweat it off quickly. I know a lot of people who swear its the greatest thing ever but it did nothing for me. Same story with the Xyngular stuff that so many rave about. I lost one pound and I probably sweated it off at a rodeo! LOL. It seems to me that getting a decent amount of sleep is the key to having energy. I can't function effectively for a full day on less than 6 hours of sleep for very long. The first half of July was brutal and I probably averaged 4.5 hours of sleep a night. Had to take a nap almost every day. I've done better on sleep the last week or two but still feel sluggish part of the time and I think a lot of that is just that I haven't caught up on my sleep yet!

I have only taken Zeal Wellness. It is a Functional Food, not a supplement. Wholefood nutrition in it's purist form and the only product on the market containing stabilized rice bran, all natural, gluten free and caffeine free. I feel better than I have in years, more energy, focus, and less aches and pains. Results people are seeing are amazing. Let me know if you would like more info or free samples.

I take Zeal too! I drink a protein shake in the morning and then the supplement at night after I work out... I know I can now get up in the morning and not feel exhausted and I'm sleeping through the night, unlike before where I was waking up every couple hours. I also don't have caffeine cravings like I did before.

I think Thrive works for a lot of people- but I have a friend who is on it and she swears by it- we had lunch one day when she first started it and honestly, while she was telling me about how great she felt, her eyes were GLITTERING. A long time ago, I watched a music video of Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan (two of my favs) from the '60's, and their eyes had that same look- they were both pretty heavily into amphetamines at the time. I'm NOT saying that Thrive = Speed, I'm just saying that the synephrine (also marketed as Bitter Orange) can have that effect, especially in combination with caffeine. A lot of companies have gone to using Bitter Orange since 2004, (?) when the FDA banned ephedra-

Β Sorry I haven't tried either so I can't help much but I just wanted to second getting your thyroid checked... Years ago I felt sluggish, always tired, & just plain 'off' and we realized my thyroid wasnt working properly. Just something to consider :)Β

^^ This!! Go have your thyroid checked. I felt horrible for almost a year and after trying many different "energy" stuff I finally had my thyroid checked. Turned out it is underactive, I got on the thyroid hormone and it takes a while to get the hormone level built up in your system but I feel like I had the energy I did 10 yrs ago. Draw back is you are stuck on a pill the rest of your life because your thyroid is throwing a tantrum. But if you are willing to make the commitment to Thrive or the other then you are probably able to make the commitment to a thyroid pill. Down side to that is that I can't really try any new fad diet stuff, for me it does interfere with my levothyroxine and how my body absorbs the hormone.

Β I have went to my PC Dr and my Gyno and had my levels checked. Both said they are normal but didn't tell me where they were. Do you go to a different Dr to get you thyroid throughly checked? I am taking Thrive right now but I don't have the huge boost of energy but it does keep me going in the evenings.

I am a Thrive promoter and I love it. I have lost 10 lbs in about 3 weeks without even trying. I have tons of energy and best of all I sleep all night long and wake up feeling great. My 82 yr old mom is also on it and she has energy to burn. She is not sore all over anymore and acts like a spring chicken. Lol I tried the spark but it was just a temporary high not a sustained energy all day. With Thrive I have zero cravings for the junk foods i was eating all day sitting behind a desk. I was a breakfast taco junky and have not wanted a single taco or donuts since I started. It so eady to do. 2 capsules, 20-40 mins later a shake and a patch and youre done for the day.
If interested in more information send me a message. I did not read any of the replies so sorry if this all has already been said. I am looking for 2 more promoters as well. Easy money and good commissions with little investment. Plus everyone can get there products for free. Just message me and I can tell you how.
