I am looking into getting breast implants. After having 2 kids and being small anyway they have lost all shape or anything. Lol!! I am an A right now and was thinking of going to a light to medeum C.

So what I am wondering is basically the good bad and ugly.

How long before u could ride?
How painful?
Did it effect ur balance when riding?
Any complications or difficulties?
Any dr recommendations in the dfw or Abilene area?

Thanks in advance!!

And please don't make this a negative post. I'm really trying to do as much research as I can. And also this is only for me!! Not to impress or be so thing for someone else!!

Dr Tobin in Abilene TX is great. Most everyone I know that ride horses choose to not go big a full B or small C. They also went on top of the muscle and was back to competing in less than 2-3 weeks. Dr. Tobin and his staff are wonderful and really helped them decide what size for their body shape and size would be best .

Don't be surprised when you go to buy new bras and you're not a "C" lol.  Mine don't look huge by any means, but I now wear a DD bra.  It's the shape of the implant that just fills out a bra differently than natural tissue.
I can't remember how long I stayed off my horse-I followed doctors orders though regarding exercise.
It really wasn't very painful.  The worst part was sleeping on my back, I'm a side/stomach sleeper and you have to sleep on your back for a while.  I remember crying bc my back hurt from laying in an awkward position for me.  Heating pads helped a lot!! And ice for the front lol.  I didn't take many pain meds either... I took half at first, then started cutting the pills in half.  By the time I had zero pain, I still had like half leftover.  I remember the first night I slept on my side...heaven!  The worst is over after about 4-5 days.  Of course there is minor soreness, and you'll feel an "ouch" every now and then when you move wrong, but nothing major.  I think I was back to normal after a couple weeks, besides riding and working out.  But I felt normal
No difference riding.  I don't even wear the high dollar sports bras.
No complications at all.
I would go under the muscle unless you want a more "fake" look.

For size comparison, I was an A.  Went with 350cc saline implant filled to 385cc (the doctore will overfill to avoid wrinkling on the edge of the implant). I now wear a size 32DD bra but with my body they look natural.  Not huge at all, they compliment my wide hips and butt LOL.  I wear the same size in all shirts/dresses as before.  In clothes they look about the same as when I would wear a Victoria's Secret bombshell bra.

Do a lot of research, look at a lot of before/after pictures.  There are sites where you can input height/weight etc to see women close to your same size and what CC they got.  There is a very helpful forum at justbreastimplants.com

Oh yea, don't cry when you first get a glimpse at them.  They will look freaky and square LOL.  There is a process.  Your muscles relax, your skin stretches (use stretch mark cream!), and they just "settle".  They look a lot better after a couple weeks, but will continue to change for a few months.

Won't mention any names but I know one barrel racer who had EVERYTHING removed to cut down on weight. Personally, I am thinking it would help my balance to get a major reduction.

I also know someone who had that done...

My new ones together weight under 1 pound each.  I don't think 2 pounds is going to make a huge difference in my barrel racing.  Now the extra 15 I'm currently packing in my gut and thighs?  Probably!! LOL

Real breast tissue is much heavier than implants.  My sister was naturally large and had a reduction done with implants.  She is the same size as before but perkier and no longer has migraines and back pain.
