| Seriously thinking about getting one of these...do they ride similar to bob marshall? Wondering how much they weigh also?

Location: castle rock, colorado | I can't answer your question on weight but I know they are much lighter than regular saddles. They do not ride like the Bob Marshall's, which are treeless. Sibley's have a flex-tree and ride like a fully treed saddle. I have owned several and they are all that I ride in now. Needless to say, I am a big fan of them! |

Location: Sapulpa, OK | Mine was pretty heavy. Don't know the exact weight, but a lot heavier than my Tammy Fisher. |

Location: NE TX | Sorry I can't answer how much it weighs either, but I would say it is lighter than a "regular" tree saddle. I LOVE the way they ride though. I rode in a friends and saved up and bought my first one last year. I will never ride in anything else ever again! I love the way I can bring the stirrups forward, helps keep my feet in front of me so I don't get left behind. LOVE the flex tree!! |

Location: IL | I ride a Deb Sibley on my one mare and a Tammy Fischer on my other mare. I can carry my TF with one hand it's so light. My Deb Sibley, to me, feels just as heavy as a treed saddle did. I can't tell you exact weight tho. |

| I cannot say for sure the weight. I know mine is lighter than a treed saddle. I love it! I dont think I could ride in anything else since riding in a DS.
ETA as far as the comparison with BM, I would say you have some of the same feeling of a treeless. I can feel my horse a lot more than in say a treed saddle but it doesnt have the "trapped" feeling I get from a BM.

| I had a regualr deb sibley..... I just sold it and sent it through UPS and with the tote that i mailed it in and the packaging plus the saddle the total was 35 pounds, so I would guess that they probably weigh around 30 pounds maybe. It wasn't a flex tree sibley. |

I have a older one thats a bit lighter and a new one that I got this past christmas thats a little bit heavier then my older Sibley. And they bought are not light weight saddles. |
