Depends on size of the horse but 5-6cc is a dose. In the Muscle. 4-7 days apart for 4 doses. THen Monthly thereafter. I give it atleast 3 daysbefore a race because it thins the blood and if a horse is a bleeder or even gets cut/hurt it can cause excessive bleeding. But on arthritis it works AWESOME.
