Shelter Dog Lover Posts: 10277	Per 3 different vets who think ice after a run is the best therapy, I use ice boots after every run. I keep them in the freezer in my LQ trailer or put them in a cooler- they will stay frozen all day. I leave them on for around 30 minutes to an hour.

The Advice Guru Posts: 6419	Game ready is amazing, A lot of hassle to set up, you always have to have ice and water, but due to the mechanics of the machine, decrease inflammation after 20 min of using it
