| But some of you may remember this foal I got from a lady who was supposed to raise him for me in return for ownership of his dam who later had to be rescued from her. Anyway, just wanted to share what a difference time makes. He rides a lot like his daddy. He's still pretty green as we've taken it slow with him.

I find I am still angry...I never did get his dam healthy again. At least when we put her down she had a full belly and was with her buddies and those of us who loved her.
On the other hand, I'm glad we have him. Tres is doing well and he should be just as good or better. They are 3/4 sibs. |

Long story... 1left2right bought him and thought his blaze looked like Henery, the chicken hawk from the cartoons with Foghorn Leghorn. Then she decided to give him back to me. We didn't want to change his name, but we may change his registered one if I get motivated. It's Iron Chicken Hawk. Kinsey doesn't like it.

Location: oklahoma | I know that cartoon! I was trying to think of a literary character with that spelling and never thought to go in that direction, haha! She has such great hands and seat. A testament to your knowledge. |

People should think long and hard before "giving" one away. I will never do it again. I thought I was putting the mare in a better situation. I was wrong.
He is bigger than Knotthead now, and a brat. He was biting him the whole time Kinsey was ponying him. |
