How many of you have them? How many use them? If you do use them what do you cook in them and would you mind sharing recipes??

I have one, but haven't used it yet. I'm excited to see other's responses as well. I would love to have some easy recipes for the road.

Stick froze meals (Lean Cuisines) in the freezer and use the microwave! Easy! Also for breakfast make ahead of time french toast/pancakes put in fridge and microwave them. Taste fresh!!

My aunt has one in her camper and she LOVES It. She uses it a lot for making things like biscuits and cinnamon rolls.

I had one in my LQ trailer, but only used it a few times. Grilled steaks outside and cooked the potaties on the oven, worked great. Its more flexible than I thought. You'll need to experiment a bit, but check a convection cook book.

I don't have one and wished I did. My friend who had one used hers for a lot of things, for one thing, whenever we went to a big show and had biscuits and gravy for breakfast, she had to cook the biscuits because a convection will "bake and brown" unlike a plain microwave.
