I agree they fall apart- I think the manufacturers state that they are supposed to last up to 20 uses? I only ever got mine to last two- such a dang good idea though, if only it worked like it is marketed to-

You don't even have to put them on cold. They are meant to draw heat from a leg. Put a room temp one on your arm. It will reduce heat.
