Does anyone use these wraps? Like? Dislike? Do they come in sets of 4?

They are sold one wrap per container unless you purchase the Pro Pack which consists of 4 wraps and a blanket and comes in a carrying bag.

I tried one on my arm and it didn't stay cold for 10 min, for the money, I couldn't justify it

They fall apart and don't stay cold for long. I cold hose or use ice boots only - these are a waste IMO.

Haven't used them but want them. YouTube has a video of Brenda Mays talking about them and she likes to dunk hers in ice water first. I wish I had these last week when I was icing a leg everyday last week.

I agree they fall apart- I think the manufacturers state that they are supposed to last up to 20 uses?  I only ever got mine to last two- such a dang good idea though, if only it worked like it is marketed to-

They are not meant to stay cold long. You don't even have to put them on cold. They are meant to draw heat from a leg. Put a room temp one on your arm. It will reduce heat.
