Regarding using Paypal. I keep getting a notice to activate a new feature they have that allows you to pay after your receive your product, I think up to 14 days after??? I haven't looked into it because I'm not interested in it but I'm wondering if it would apply when selling person to person? Just wondering if the individual buying say a saddle and had this option on their Paypal account, then they could get the saddle but not pay you for several days/weeks? That would make me have pause to use Paypal. Anyone familiar with this on Paypal?

As far as I know, the BML ( bill me later option ) is only available to companies that you can buy online from. I do not think you can use it to pay. It's essentially a credit card though. Paypal pays the amount, and you pay them.
