Own It and Move On Location: The edge of no where	Ice vibe boots after a run or tough workout. Linament rub on legs. I have BOT hock boots, but haven't used them much yet.... I'd like a set of quick wraps.

Elite Veteran Posts: 999 Location: Sunny So Cal	I like to use BOT daily and then at the events I cold hose, ice, and wrap. Sometimes poultice if I feel like they worked really hard. I also make sure they get to walk around a lot during the week. I don't have a pasture I can put her in, and I keep my horse at a public facility so I am constantly taking her out to move around. Otherwise she is in a 12X12 box stall.

Expert Posts: 2531 Location: WI	Everyday: I use Ice Vibe boots 20min on the front after riding At Races: BOT quickwraps and hock boots before my run. Ice Vibe boots right after, then PHT hock wraps for the rest of the day.
