That's interesting about the dividers!  I wanted a stud divider on my next trailer to use the first stall for hay, etc.  This article says to remove them!

 As long as they have one side open, you're good. I don't haul a horse in the stud stall if I don't have to because of that--it's like being between 2 walls.
