Rebel Without a Cause Posts: 2758 Location: Adopt a homeless pet - www.petfinder.com!	I just had my mare bred at a repro vet facility here in Oklahoma. We are first time breeders, too, and we chose to take her there and leave her 1. to minimize stress on her and 2. with FT jobs we didn't have the time to be hauling her back and forth two hours round-trip. We paid $350 for the first cycle which included AI, palpations, ultrasounds, etc. She took on the first cycle so besides Regumate for a few days and blood work to check hormone levels that's all we've paid. The costly part has just been boarding her there at $15 per/day but it's been worth it for us. We pick her up on Sunday after her 60 day check. Edited by Calangelo 2015-07-06 4:27 PM
