Long story short, I found out today that one of my horses can and will jump a 3' electric fence from a stand still. Luckily this was at home but if this wold have been at a show catching him could have been much worse. Are there any easy to use, economical portable fencing systems that are taller/more substantial that just a hot tape and don't take up a ton of space to transport?

I think I remember Sarah McDonald advertising some portable panels that she used while on the road. They were 5 ft tall or so and looked really lightweight. Maybe you could look on her FB page
(Sarah Rose McDonald & Bling, or something like that
) and see what they were!

I use the hi-hog portable panels..but for a jumper you may want to look in to hi-ties...im seriously considering getting one for the so's horse as he pulls back bad and this may help deter him....m

I'll check out her panels. I've seen the high ties before and I'd like some but if he's going to be staying overnight somewhere, he likes to lay down at night so if I can set up a fence for him he would be a very happy boy.
