Location: SE Louisiana		Knowing today was payday I went looking for a pawn shop yesterday.... This week was the first time since 1994 I didn't have a computer... I started out with Winblows 3.1.. Now I have WinBlows 8.1... Someone else's WinBlows 8.1... I can do a factory reinstall if I need to do so... but.... this looks pretty clean....but..... How do I keep that darn clock from popping up every time I take a breath?? So far it's cost me $150 to figure out I don't LIKE WinBlows 8.1!!
I got a Toshiba because I've ripped a bunch of these apart and we know each other intimately...

 I use Windows 8 in the desktop mode, I like it a lot better since everything is "normal." If you haven't figured it out already, you need to go to the control panel, and view it on small icons. Then click on mouse and I believe you click on advanced. The option to turn off the most annoying feature ever should be there. I can't remember exactly what it's called, I think it had swipe in the name. I'm on my phone or I'd just look!Good luck! I don't mind it do much once you get rid of that.

Location: SE Louisiana		I have 8.1 and I'm slowly getting control of it. I understand Winblows 10 will be free and will revert back to a win7-like operating system in looks and use..
