I have had US Rider for 7 years and recently switched to Trail Guard- No annual limits like US Rider and no extra fee for spouse or family member- also US rider was OK but limited with long waits for response to situation for me. One time we were clearly ripped off for a light/brake plug that came out of trailer and provider couldn't fix or replace after 4 hours of waiting on side of road- then used duct tape and told us that was all he could do- charged us $600 or calling police and US Rider did nothing to help with this person they sent-? You may want to compare what Trail Guard offers in comparison . AAA clearly stated to me they would not haul a trailer with horses in it .

I have AAA - They tow, replace a tire, etc.  They will NOT tow the trailer with livestock aboard - you must unload before they tow.

They will not tow the trailer or do anything with the trailer. I know. I had them and even paid the RV added premium and the agent TOLD me that they WOULD, but when I got stranded in Memphis and called them, they told me if they did anything with the trailer, it would be at my expense. I had to rely on some neighborly cowboys to help. AAA is a joke. I have US Rider and they've helped me every single time I've called them. It may take awhile to get there, but it's never cost me a dime and they were courteous and got me on the road again.

Do you know the address for Trail Guard?
