I'm looking at buying a prospect. I don't want to publicly post pictures/bloodlines because I have not yet purchased or made the commitment. If you consider yourself to be an excellent judge of conformation, please pm me for my email/phone number. I just can't decide if I like this colt! TIA! (:

If you can't decide if you like him, keep looking for a prospect that you like.

Well what I'm concerned about I'm not so sure if it's a bad thing or even a big deal. It's the way the base of his neck goes into his chest.

The way the neck ties into the shoulder/chest can affect flexibility and stride, therefore affecting speed and atheletism.  If it keeps crossing your mind, keep looking.  I bought a prospect a year ago, that I had what I thought a couple questionsable conformation issues.  Everyone I spoke with said, no problem, he'll be fine.  I bought him, and I am sure he will have no issues, but I just couldn't get over them and hated looking at him everyday, so I sold him.
