Location: North Dakota | I think unique banding is cool. If Cash will stand still I'll try these on him. One of mine we went and roached his whole mane and it is just perfect for him.

 Own It and Move On
Location: The edge of no where | Leave it wild N free! LOL! I've braided it occasionally, but grabbing a braid instead of the reins will really screw up a run. |

I would leave it down but he's got such a frizzy mane I get all tangled in it!I'm thinking about getting him a flat iron and a blow dryer! |

| I just do 3 or 4 thick braids and band to match the colors I'm wearing. It's a must for me. I run to the left, and failure to get the mane out of the way will cause me to have mane instead of rein when I change hands between first and second. |

My gelding has THICK hair and if I don't get it off his neck as much as possible it gets REALLY hot for him. I'd roach it, but it's beautiful, and I'm selfish. |

Same girl same.
She lives in braids or else she would sweat to death. I've done every type of braid I could think of on my mare, but just regular ones work best for me lol. |
