Unfortunately, I've been witness too many times to someone selling a horse to what, at the time was a wonderful home. And then over the years, that home turned into a hell hole and the horse was in trouble. So, for my own piece of mind, there isn't a price tag in the world that could get mine off my property that could also allow me to sleep at night. I'd rather they stand in my pasture fat and happy.

everytime I think about it, this crosses my mind! id hate for my horses to be passed around to horse traders or people who wouldn't take care of their every need ! selling is not for everyone for sure :-)
