Saddle fit - dry spot on one side?

So I got a new 3 yo and of course my brand new double j that I got for another horse doesn't fit her. It's a standard tree, and looks completely level on her. Her back is a bit narrower than my other horse, but it's nothing funky. I guess you could say her shoulders are semi broad? I only say that because When i put my hand under there it does feel tighter on the shoulder blade. So i rode her in the Double J, with a 5 star pad and i had 2 dry spots on either side, about 4ish inches wide. Then i put on an impact gel with build ups and there was a bigger dry spot, im assuming from the build ups. I then tried a bayou west pad, and now theres only a dry spot on her left side. She just had chiro work done (mind you she was really out - don't ask me how someone could get a 3 year old so out...)

I also tried my Martha Josey Circle Y on her, but it's too wide for her.

Any suggestions?? I really cannot afford a new saddle. Even though I feel like she might need a tree with more flare... SO frustrating!!!

Location: Austin, Texas, where it can get really weird!!		Had the same problem, the only real reply i got was your saddle tree is broken/warped, which it wasn't. I just am saving up for a different saddle to try, he shows no signs of soreness so not crazy worried about just no i have to fix it.

Maybe your hips are out causing you to sit a little crooked or with more weight on one side than the other?
