The colt in my signature is a grandson of King Corona, who is the only full brother to Corona Cartel. He is only 4 months but I will say that he is the smartest colt that I've ever had. He is one that you have to watch what you teach him because that's how he will be the rest of his life. He is a busy body - constantly wanting to do something, go somewhere. You can see his brain ticking at all times. I don't know if that's how they all are, but it's certainly my first baby like that. I think they are pretty neat.

We have an Ivory James and a Pappasito. Both are out of Bully daughters. Both are super nice horses. I do think you need to be more specific that just saying "grand get of Corona Cartel". There are a lot of other horses in the pedigree that could be the reason for a good or bad trait once you get to grand get. Especially given the number of horses he has produced.

I have an Ivory James and a Jet Cartel both out of Runaway Winner mare. Smartest most talented horses. Could be from dam though. I've ridden several jet cartel out of other mares and never had a problem.

I have a 4 YO mare by The Chocolate Rocket (by Corona Cartel) who has been a pleasure to work with and is really showing alot of promise.  Currently running about 7 tenths off and didn't start exhibitioning really until about March of this year.

I had a grandson that was out of Fly Jess Fly (MJP) and a daughter of Corona Cartel. He was a DREAM. Honestly, the only negative I really had about him was he was a bit of a hard keeper, ulcer prone and tall and lean-16.2 #1200 (dam was 1/2 TB) so took more feed and lived on a gut sup but great horse honestly, not hot, sweet boy, willing, talented and smart. had a SI 87 and won $13K on the track with 11? outs.

I have a Corona Cartel grandson. Got him when he was 2 of the track. Calmest colt I've ever worked with. Super smart, but sensitive. And sadly my boy is very accident prone. I ran him in March of this year ( 1st race back in a year due to injury ) he ran a 17.7 just cruising, and the winning run was a 17.2. Hank lost some confidence from his injury and not being hauled. So I'm getting that back with him and he's almost back his normal self. I love, love, love him tho! I'd take another one if I could!

We have two Best Advice's. One out of a Special Leader mare and the other out of an Extra Special Effort mare. Both very nice to ride and be around (my four year old daughter leads the 3 year old gelding around and he puts his head down for her to take halter off), looks like both will have lots of turn and rate.
