im legging my mare up again and I can tell she is getting muscle sore after heavy workouts. what does everyone use for muscle recovery.

Location: London Ontario		I rub MSM gel into my horses after I work. A GOOD warm up and cool down will help greatly as well. I also do stretches(legs forward and back, head to girth each side etc)
